Resources
The Whitefield League is committed to developing a library of resources for pastors and churches that meet four key criteria.
Each resource is:
~ Biblical ~
As God’s only authoritative and infallible communication to mankind, the Bible is the ultimate standard for the church, the Christian life, and for everything The Whitefield League is and does. Thus each resource is built upon the foundation of God’s Word, with appropriate Scripture references provided through these instructional resources.
~ Confessional ~
Since the Whitefield Declaration of Faith serves as the doctrinal foundation, in submission to the Bible, of The Whitefield League, every resource provided is in agreement with, and often expounds upon, the WDF. These materials provide a consistent set of teaching tools for the church.
~ Accessible ~
Each book, booklet, or other resource is intended for the entirety of the church – whether pastors, lay leaders, or the average person in the pew. We desire for all of God’s people to grow in knowledge, faith, and service to Christ and his church. Therefore, each resource to deliver depth of material in accessible way.
~ Free ~
We desire for every church and pastor to have ready access to all the material we produce without being hindered by printing or shipping costs or availability. For that reason, every resource provided by the Whitefield League is available as a free download, or via email upon request, usually in pdf format, that you are welcome to use within your church. Some resources are available in print and links are provided below to any applicable online stores. When we are able to provide a book table at an event, printed copies of our teaching booklets may also be available for purchase.

Authors
Nathaniel S. Bickford
A graduate of the Berkshire Institute for Christian Studies, Lancaster Bible College, and Westminster Theological Seminary (MAR), where he has also taken classes in the ThM program, Nathaniel serves as the Teaching Elder of the Whitefield Christian Church in Whitefield, NH, where he lives with his wife, Kimberly, and three children. He was also the general editor of the Whitefield Declaration of Faith.
Lou Going
Lou Going is a graduate from Berkshire Christian College and Westminster Theological Seminary (M.Div, with Honors). He retired from pastoral ministry after 39 years, having served two Advent Christian churches. He was an adjunct faculty member at Berkshire Christian College and lecturer in systematic theology at the Berkshire Institute for Christian Studies. He presently serves as president of the Maranatha Advent Christian Conference. He lives in Lancaster, New Hampshire with his wife Cheryl.
Erik Reynolds
Erik Reynolds holds a DMin and MTS from Liberty University and studied at both Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Erik serves as the Senior Pastor of Oak Hill Bible Church in Oxford, MA and the Ministry Year Coordinator for the Ministry Training Institute. He lives and farms with his wife, Robin and two children in Central Massachusetts.
Thomas J. Loghry
Tom Loghry is a graduate of the Berkshire Institute for Christian Studies, the University of Toccoa Falls (Pastoral Ministry), and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (M.A. Theology; M.A. Ethics & Society). He is the founder and Executive Editor of Advent Christian Voices and has served as the Recording Secretary of the Advent Christian General Conference (2017-2026). Tom presently ministers as the senior pastor of Rockland Community Church in North Scituate, RI, where he lives with his wife Sara and their son.
